Our stay began perfectly with the convenient free buggy service (it ran frequently) to Grand World, simplifying our exploration. The really good cleanliness throughout the premises impressed us, maintaining a high standard. We really loved the pool, beach access, and friendly staff. They were always ready to help. The shuttle bus service (it runs on time) to the airport was also convenient.

I noticed that sometimes the wait for a buggy could be a little long during peak hours.

The hotel provides a private beach, easily accessible and well-kept, and it offers a serene spot for relaxation. The swimming pool is large, and it is always clean and inviting for a refreshing dip. A kid's club called Giggles provides awesome amenities with nice caretakers, ensuring children are well-entertained.

The buffet breakfast includes diverse options. We were thrilled to find Indian options such as Kheer and Jalebi. We dined a couple of times at the restaurant, and it was good. Bartenders also make great drinks. Breakfast included a wide variety of fruits and salads, especially for vegetarians (the fruits were especially fresh!).

Absolutely Amazing Experience!

The grounds are extensive. I found the walk from the pool to the beach particularly beautiful. Staff are friendly and try to help even if they don't speak much English. Google Maps helped me find shortcuts from the hotel to the sunset beach area and nearby attractions.. The poolside staff are also very helpful.

The service felt a bit slow and disorganized sometimes.
